  • High frequency of annual assignments
  • Proven track record carrying out close protection, journey management & related risk management services to expected international standards
  • Large pool of experienced local assets – to include close protection teams, security drivers and project coordinators (+ medics if available)
  • New, well maintained and broad vehicle options
  • Expat close protection team leads with extensive country level experience (5-10 years). Based either in-country or on the continent with ability to travel on short notice

Tier 2 Locations

  • In-country local vendor/partner management
  • Medium state of readiness and operational tempo
  • Medium frequency of annual assignments
  • Smaller pool of experienced local assets – to include close protection teams, security drivers and professional local coordinators
  • Mid - new vehicle models. Well maintained
  • Journey management services remotely managed by Støne ops personnel direct with local vendor management
  • Advisable to deploy Støne expat close protection team leads with extensive country level experience (5-10 years) to guarantee international standards

Tier 3 Locations

  • Regional vendor/partner management requiring close co-ordination and oversight of local assets – carried out remotely by Støne ops personnel
  • Low-medium state of readiness and operational tempo
  • Low frequency of annual assignments
  • Limited/inconsistent pool of experienced local assets. To be assessed on a case-by-case basis at time of request
  • Limited vehicle options. More lead time required for sourcing appropriate standards.
  • Støne will not take on assignments unless client agrees to deploy Støne expat close protection / project team lead

Tier 4 Locations

  • Støne rarely operates in this country and will not support one-off or short-term assignments
  • Long term or large-scale complex projects can be discussed and solutions sort after with high-level client dialogue & comprehensive strategic planning
