Støne Group was founded out of Dubai by Lawrence after 15 years of industry-specific experience in the executive protection and risk advisory space. Lawrence has worked closely with over 10% of the Fortune 100 across 65 nations globally. To date, he has integrated operationally with more than 250 senior security professionals in the blue chip, UHNW family office and risk management sector. He has led protection teams through historic IPOs and Unicorn expansions whilst consulting for an industry leading firm, culminating in over a decade of international exposure with a security directorate position at one of China's largest e-commerce, internet and technology companies. Lawrence brings together the most reputable industry peers, boutique security outfits and organizational inner circles to provide an offering of services based on long standing relationships, trusted networks and proven track records.

Ted leads Støne’s Global Operations platform. He maintains the key-role of managing an ever-shifting matrix across Støne’s ecosystem worldwide. This encompasses full oversight and leadership in the nexus of client, partner, vendor, asset, and team management and requires a deep understanding of the industry on a global scale. Ted's twenty five years of hybrid military, high-risk, corporate & commercial experience from all corners of the world has positioned him as a vital pillar in Støne’s capacity to perform consistently and to the expected and exacting standards of our clients. Ted has vast operational experience on the African continent and is based full time in South Africa.

Luka holds the reins as Støne’s Chief Training Officer, responsible for our internal team & vendor training programs. He drives Støne’s commercial training products and services and plays a vital role in overseeing our emergency, crisis, and contingency support platform.

Luka brings extensive global travel and leadership experience to Støne, having supported numerous international assignments and led sensitive and complex trainings for stakeholders across the African continent. As a best-selling published author with a background as a special forces combat medic, Luka excels in finding communicable solutions during times of uncertainty and designing innovative frameworks for higher learning and education.
